    Made an appointment and asked for someone who was not brand new. Well, they gave me the girl who, you guessed it, was brand new. Received an unshaped, choppy cut. This chain is popping up all over, but I think the owner really needs to focus on training the staff they have, and focus on quality over quantity. Would not return.

    Hair coloring for me has always been a disaster -- too dark, too red. Eileen at Hair Salon One did a fantastic job and got the color just right. I walked right in, and the price was reasonable. I'll be going back regularly!
